DisplayPort Cables & Accessories
DisplayPort cables are available here at Cable Universe at low online prices. Displayport is a display interface developed by the Video Electronics Standards Association. The interface is normally used to connect a computer to a display monitor, it can be used to transmit audio and USB.
Display port was designed to replace VGA and DVI. Displayport is backwards compatible with VGA and DVI by using adapters.
DisplayPort cables are available in a maximum 3 Metre cable for normal cabling and 15 Metres or more for fibre optic. DisplayPort can run a monitor directly from the DisplayPort signal, with no Low Voltage Differential Signalling (LVDS) circuitry required on the panel.
